Boating around Puget Sound

 Boating around the Sound

Using our new boating club - Freedom Boat Club

This is our usual dock - Poulsbo

Remember the water pictures are actually the ocean!

The waters are 'usually' very calm.

We are boating on Puget Sound which has 22 thousand miles

of protected shoreline. An amazing place to boat!

The tides are always an issue though.

Captain Carol

Tom is in his happy place!

Fog is an issue also!

Look ahead of the bridge at that fog bank1

This is the day we went out into the channel between
Seattle and the islands and peninsula.
That's Seattle across the channel.
Lots of large boat traffic here.
